A program focusing on building Inexpensive, incidental exercises into daily routines whilst also developing skills for maintaining a healthy mind and body.

The workshops focus on positive beliefs, behaviours, and habits, and the power of enjoying the company of others and moving more with friends - all using easily accessible Community locations.

Weekly Course - every Tuesday for 9 workshops over 10 weeks, starting at 9.00am and finishing at 11.30pm. Pick up and drop off at Boat Ramp, Jet Ski Park, South Perth
